The Connecting Communities Annual Learning Forum features poster space for conference participants. This poster session will be held Monday and Tuesday, April 10-11th. Posters will have a bulletin board in a very visible area of the venue and two luncheons and an evening reception will be held in the poster hall.

Submitting proposals for Posters
Those wishing to submit a proposal should submit a short (one paragraph) abstract via e-mail to katie.sawyer@ehealthinitative.org.
